Comments: My father died in 1975 due to complications after he served in the Korean war project. I was 12 years old at the time and really never knew my father. I'm hoping and praying that someone will remember him. I beleive he was part of the radio relay team. If you know anything about him or have pictures, please let me know as I am trying to piece my life together.

God Bless

Comments: I am an attorney assisting Mr Elder Evans in a Veteran's Claim. We must establish that he was a member of the 179th--unfortunately his records were lost as a result of the St Louis fire. Mr Evans is a Black Male. He served under a Lt Few (Phew) and was bayoneted on June 1, 1953. He is from Sumter, South Carolina but also had relatives from Brooklyn, New York. We would appreciate any information from anyone who might remember him or Lt Few (Phew) or copies of any reports/logs that might tend to substantiate his service in this unit. Please contact me at (803) 418-0800. Thank you. T. Murphy

My Dad and so many others deserve so much for serving their country. I intend to strive forward, until they pay him for the physical and emotional pain he's suffered for over fifty years!!
