LOOKING FOR JOHN HOUSTON |
| LORENA FISHER wrote on October 7, 2003 City and State: HAYMARKET VA Unit: Service or Relationship: FAMILY MEMBER Comments: Hi, I'm looking for info about my dad, John Houston, who served on the SS Titania 1951-'53 or thereabouts. My mom divorced him, and didn't want him to see his baby girl (me). I'm nearing 50 now, with a fine son of my own, whose paternal grandfather was in the Marines and at Chosen Reservoir during the Korean War. If John Houston is still alive and wants to know us, that would be great; if not, we'd sure appreciate any information. I've heard he was a talented pianist and singer; he might be happy to know his daughter has been a performing songwriter, and his grandson is a joy. Warmly, and thanks to all for your service to this country. Lorena (Lori) Fisher waterfallhill@earthlink.net Keywords: John "Jack" Houston |
