1/LT BOB FORD MEMORIAL WEB SITE (OSAN-1957)

Comments: 1/Lt. Bob Ford was killed in an F-86F crash on March 11, 1957. He was a pilot in the 311th Fighter-Bomber Squadron, 58th FB Wing, Osan AFB, Korea.

I was stationed in the 311th during that time and have done a memorial web site honoring Bob Ford. At the request of his widow, Libby, I have also included my memories of that year in Korea and Formosa. Photos on the web site and in my memoirs might bring back memories.
